Any Occasion Photography (herein referred to as "the company") is concerned about your privacy. We make every effort to safe guard it for you. This policy governs our actions.
Collection Of Data
We may collect data through several methods. First of which is web forms. These are used to process your order, or allow you to contact us. Information is collected only if it is necessary for processing your request. Web logs help us track where our links are coming from, and are common to most web sites. We do not store information regarding the pages you visit, or which web sites you came from, beyond what is typically stored in web log files.
Sharing of Data
We do not sell or share our information, except when it is needed to process or ship an order, with any third party, regardless if they are a "partner", "affiliate", or other such designee.
Protection of Data
The company may store data in several locations. In each case, reasonable measures have been made to ensure that this data is not compromised. These include posting your information behind firewall, and requiring authenticated login from users. However, despite our best efforts, there is always a chance of someone breaking in, just as there is at your house. If we are aware of a break-in, we will post the information on our website, along with any steps that you may need to take.
Use of Cookies
The company uses Session Cookie (cookies that expire when you turn off your browser) to remind us of who you are (there is a really technical explanation that I don't think hardly anyone would want to actually know). This will help us keep track of the fact that you have or have not logged in, and your shopping cart if you choose to purchase any pictures from us.
